       The flat zigzag connecting link mainly refers to the connecting link among the scraper chains of heavy-duty and super-heavy scraper conveyors in coal mines. It is developed and produced in strict accordance with the provisions of MT/T99-1997 Flat Type Connecting Link for Mining Round Link Chain, which is of advanced processing technology and high precision.
       This product is characterized by certain advanced nature and use reliability, and its strength and fatigue life are close to the level of connecting links with the same structure in the world. Its main technical properties are listed as follows:
Advanced structure, reliable connection, easy assembly and disassembly;
It can be used for the connection among mining round link chains for scraper conveyors, loaders and planers in coal mines as well as connections among the chains of the slag conveyors, slag removers and crawler loaders in power plants;
The original “differential heating treatment” process is adopted realizing better tensile properties and longer fatigue life of connecting links. Through the carburization processing, the connecting links are of higher corrosion resistance and surface hardness to meet the requirements of power plants.
